My credit card transaction keeps getting an error!

A couple of things that will give an error during checkout with your credit card:

  • Make sure your address matches the address on the credit card statement.
  • It’s NOT an out of country credit card, we don’t accept credit cards not from the US
  • There are double the amount of funds of the transaction.
  • If you’re still having problems please contact us at info@daplaygroundmaui.com

There are only ‘General Admission' tickets available. Is seating available in the General Admission area?

We have some tables at the back of the venue that are first come first serve basis. We recommend you get there when the doors open to secure one of those tables.

Are minors welcome to watch a show?

Due to Maui County Liquor Laws all minors CAN NOT be in the venue for any reason.

I couldn’t make it to the show, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. You are welcome to sell your tickets on your own.

I didn’t receive my email confirmation?

Please check your SPAM folder, occasionally it will get filtered through as spam. If you don't find it in your spam folder please email us at info@daplaygroundmaui.com with your order number and name on the order.
